Dr. Esther Amegbey is a licensed Optometrist and the Founder of Star Eye Solutions. She established SES in 2016 and has since expanded its operations from Kumasi to Accra, building a growing network of community-based eye care services.She leads the development of SES as a nationally scalable eye care platform, combining clinical service delivery with outreach innovation and structured partnerships.
